Itemized Packing List (Draft)

For those volunteers (especially girls) looking for a very, very detailed list, look no further! I’ve been working on my packing list since January..no joke.

You can say over-prepared, after looking at my list, over-packed, but I like being prepared. Period. Obviously I have no idea what conditions I will live in until I get to Kenya and receive my assignment. I do know that based on multiple PCV blogs, and the PC official packing list, I think I have sufficiently packed everything that is “necessary” according to “other people” and “necessary” in my opinion. Keep in mind,  it seems like a lot, but everything fits into 3 bags. Also, things may change all the way up to the last night.  This is merely a detailed revision of my first list and most likely everything that is coming with me..if nothing else things will be removed as my mind second guesses everything. I will post a final version with edits, pictures, and exact weights before I go.
