Pumpkiny Hot Cocoa

Don’t immediately think of the sugary flavored syrup you find at every coffee shop. This cocoa is more refined and gourmet, plus the taste is incomparable to the counterfeit pumpkin syrup.

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 5 min
What You Need:
3T pumpkin puree
2tsp cinnamon
1c milk (I use almond)
1T favorite hot cocoa powder
OR
1T unsweetened chocolate +
sweetener of choice
Optional: whipped cream & marshmallows

What You Do:
1. Add the milk to a saucepan and heat on low until warmed
2. Add in the pumpkin, spice, and chocolate, whisk until combined
3. Continue whisking until slightly thickened and at desired temperature, or about 2 min

Drink it as is or indulge with some whipped cream or marshmallows.
